  • Via internet in Citibank Online
    Step 1. Enter Citibank Online using your User ID and password.
    Step 2. Select the "Services/Write to us" menu.
    Step 3. In "Credit Card Inquiry", select "Credit Cards-Credit limit Increase".
    Step 4. Provide the required information and send the message.
  • By 24-Hour Citiphone Banking
    Please call 24-Hour Citiphone Banking. Sign in and, using the voice menu select "0" to speak to a Citiphone banker, inform the banker that you wish to increase your credit card limit.
