Terms and conditions of Loan on Phone option

Money transfer from credit card to your Citibank current account is executed within Equal Payment Plan program.

Credit payment period: 12, 18, 24 and 36 months

Amount of the transfer from a credit card account: at least 3,600 rubles

Maximum transfer amount: available credit card limit (not exceeding 300,000 rubles).

No fees for money transfer or early repayment.

Requests for a Loan on Phone accepted before 4:00 PM of the working day are executed the same day; money will be transferred to your Citibank current account within a day. Requests for a Loan on Phone accepted after 4:00 PM are executed on the next working day.

and tell a Citibank employee that you wish to make a Loan on Phone. A Citibank operator will calculate a monthly amount payment basing on selected repayment period.


  1. Loan on Phone option is executed at Citibank's discretion through 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service.
  2. Provided that corresponding request was sent to 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service before 04:00 PM of the working day. Citibank is entitled to extend processing of your request at its own discretion.
  3. If a credit card was issued less than 6 months ago, Loan on Phone may be provided within cash withdrawal limit.
  4. Citibank reserves the right to change the interest rate at any time as set out in the Credit Card Terms and Conditions for Consumers.
  5. For the Customers in the employ of the companies that have entered into the Agreement On The Transfer By The Company Of Salaries, Fees, Compensations And Allowances To Employee Accounts with Citibank/Agreements.
  6. For the Customers in the employ of the companies that have entered into the Agreement On The Transfer By The Company Of Salaries, Fees, Compensations And Allowances To Employee Accounts with Citibank/Agreements, the maximum installment period is 24 months.
