What is Citigold Home Connect

  • When travelling abroad, simply dial a single Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN): 800-2484-2633.
  • The automatic messaging offers a brief welcome announcement of «Citigold» followed by three beeps and asks you to enter a country code — 7 for Russia.
  • Your call is transferred to the designated call centre while you hear a message in the primary language of your country code (or language selected) informing you that you’re being transferred to your call centre.
  • If you haven’t entered a country code, the automatic messaging asks for your preferred language and navigates to a country code.
  • The call is free, only roming charges can be payed be the price of the local call.
