For opening Citione account package you have to make 3 steps:
Step 1:
Fill out application form
Fill out online form for opening Citione account package.
Step 2:
Prepare all necessary documents
- Copy of passport
- Copy of any other document that is could you identify.
It could be variants:
- Copy of driving license certificate, Copy of medical insurance card, NDFL #2 Form,
- Employee card with photo.

For non-residents of the Russian Federation:
- Copy of passport
plus copy of Russian visa (if you don't have appropriate note at your passport).
- Copy of notarized translation of passport into Russian.
- Registration copy.
- Copy of any other document that could you identify.
