Dear Citibank customers!

Please be informed that on July, 19 from 5:00 to 8:00 AM Moscow time due to maintenance work on bank system side there might be temporary delays for the following bank services for Citibank debit and credit cards holders:
  • Cash withdrawals in Citibank and other banks ATMs;
  • Citibank Online - the remote Internet banking system;
  • Processing POS (point of sale) transactions for Citibank cards.
