on August 4 from 6:30 to 7:00 AM Moscow time
on August 5 from 8:00 to 8:20 AM Moscow time
on August 6 from 6:30 to 7:00 AM Moscow time

due to maintenance works on bank system side there might be temporary delays in the following bank services for Citibank debit and credit card holders:

Cash withdrawals in Citibank and off-us ATMs;
Citibank Online - the remote Internet banking system;
Processing POS (point of sale) transactions for Citibank cards.
