Citibank Online - Internet banking system;
24-hour CitiPhone Banking.

Please refrain from using remote access channels such as IVR, Citibank Online and ATMs to access the following credit card services between 9:00 PM on March 19 and 11:59 PM on March 20 Moscow time:

PIN change;
card activation and/or blocking;
setting up Direct Debit.
