Guide to bill payments at Citibank ATMs

Bill payments at Citibank ATMs - just follow instructions on ATM screens:
  1. Insert your card (your card should be active to perform a payment), choose language and input PIN
  2. Choose "Bill payments"
  3. Choose account to be debited (ATM will show only ruble accounts or credit card account).
    If you insert your credit card, account will be chosen automatically.
  4. Choose merchant type:
    - Mobile operators
    - TV operators
    - Internet services
    - Telephony
    - Housing services
  5. Choose merchant (within a given merchant type). There's a merchant logo across each name to facilitate your choice
  6. Input payment details
  7. Input amount of payment (you can input amount with kopeks)
    Important! In case of housing/utility payments input exact amount with kopeks (if any) indicated in your bill.
  8. Confirm payment
The system automatically checks payment details. Should there be any mistake, the payment will be rejected, you will see an error message on ATM.

Important! Don't forget to take payment receipt and your card!
