Guide to bill payments at Citibank Online or via telephone You can also pay your bills at Citibank Online or through our Automatic Phone Banking System. You just need to add and activate respective payee through Citibank Online or 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking. To add a payee through 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking just call any of the below numbers: (495) 775-75-75 in Moscow, (812) 336-75-75 in St.Petersburg, 8-800 700-38-38 for other RF cities at any time, input your card number and TPIN. Then press "0" to connect to a Citiphone officer and name merchant you wish to pay bills for and all the necessary payment details you are asked. Please refer to merchant details for more information. After adding a payee you will hear a name of the merchant in your Automatic Phone Banking System menu. From now on it will take you only several seconds to pay your bills. * if there're no active payees in your profile, the call will be transferred to a CitiPhone officer. The system automatically checks payment details. Should there be any mistake, the payment will be rejected, you will hear an error message. All bill payments are free and on-line*.
