Citi Mobile — Mobile Phone Banking

With Citi Mobile you can always access and manage your accounts using GPRS/EDGE, WIFI, 3G or other Internet connections supported by your mobile phone.

What is Citi Mobile?

Citi Mobile is a free mobile version of Citibank Online specifically designed for managing your accounts from your mobile phone. Its easy and convenient menu will allow you to:

1. view account information, including latest transactions;
2. pay bills;
3. transfer funds between your accounts, including currency exchange at Citibank’s rate;
4. make rouble transfers to:
   • other Citibank customers,
   • other banks in Russia;
5. open time deposits;
6. view Citibank’s current exchange rates;
7. find the location of a Citibank ATM or branch.

How does it work?

You will sign on to Citi Mobile using your Citibank Online User ID and Password:

• Open the web browser on your mobile phone.
• Type in mobile.citibank.ru in the address bar.
• Enter your User ID and Password.

If you don’t have a User ID and Password, you need to create them on the Citbank Online sign-on page. You can subsequently use these User ID and Password to access both Citi Mobile and Citibank Online.
