The service provided by CitiPhone Banking enable you to:

  Request information:

detailed product information, information about services, accounts, cards and the addresses of Citibank branches and ATM Centers in Moscow.

  Carry out transactions:

transfer of funds between accounts linked to the Citicard, transfer of funds to external accounts, international transfers, transfers on specific dates.

  Receive assistance:

notification of lost or stolen banking cards, card maintenance, card Assistance, information about transactions and the dispatch of account statements.

All requests made by phone are dealt with by a professional team of experts.

Callers to CitiPhone Banking have a choice between IVR (Interactive Voice Response) or CitiPhone Officers who speak at least two languages.

And if you do not wish to speak to a CitiPhone Officer you are most welcome to use Russia’s first comprehensive Automatic Phone Banking System (IVR).
