Striving to further improve the quality of our service, we offer all our customers a fast and convenient way to receive their statements by enrolling for our E-Statement service. We hope that this will help eliminate the risk of late delivery of paper statements and keep you up to date with your account activity.

Please note that once you are enrolled for our E-Statement service, you will no longer receive paper statements of your credit or debit card. However, you can always request a paper statement for any previous period at a Citibank branch, through CitiPhone or Citibank Online.

To enroll in Citibank Online, please click on "Electronic Statement Enrollment" in the "Account Info" menu and follow the instructions.

Once you have enrolled successfully, you will be receiving email and/or sms notifications of statement availability (if you are a credit card holder, a mini-statement will be sent to your mobile phone showing the minimum payment amount and due date).

To view your debit or credit card statement, please sign on to Citibank Online at www.citibank.ru, then choose "Account Info" and click "View Electronic Statement".

If you are going to use Citibank Online for the first time, you will need to go through a short registration process and create your username and password, which will only take you a couple of minutes.
