An Electronic Statement is a copy of your debit or credit card account statement in PDF format accessible in Citibank Online. If printed out, it will be identical to the account statement in paper form.

What do I need to do to get access to the Electronic Statement?

To subscribe to the Electronic Statement in Citibank Online, please select "Electronic Statement Enrollment" in the "Account Info" menu and follow the instructions. After you have subscribed successfully and your statement is ready, you will receive an e-mail notification.

To view files in PDF format, you will need a free Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or above, available at www.adobe.com.

If you are going to use Citibank Online for the first time, you will need to go through a short registration process and create your username and password in Citibank Online.
