Setting up the instruction is very simple!

Just call "24-hour CitiPhone Banking" any time and enter your Citibank banking or credit card number and TPIN. Connect to a CitiPhone Officer by pressing "0", name your mobile phone operator and last 10 digits of mobile phone number you wish to pay for.

When the instruction is set up you will hear name of your mobile phone operator and payment details in your personalized CitiPhone menu. From now on mobile phone bill payment will be a matter of minutes for you. Once the payment instruction is set up you can initiate payments automatically though Interactive Voice Response system at CitiPhone:

  1. Call 24-Hour CitiPhone Banking
  2. Choose language
  3. Enter card number and TPIN
  4. Choose option "Transfers and Payments"
  5. Choose option "Utility Bill Payments"
  6. Choose your mobile phone operator
  7. Choose mobile phone number (Beeline, MTS or MegaFon)
  8. Choose the account you wish to pay from
  9. Enter the amount in rubles RF and kopecks
  10. Press "1" to confirm payment
Payment will be credited to your mobile operator's account instantly.
