How to set up a One Bill standing instruction?

  1. Call 24-hour CitiPhone Banking on:
    +7 (495) 775-75-75 in Moscow
    +7 (812) 336-75-75 in St.Petersburg or
      8 (800) 700-38-38 elsewhere in Russia.

    or visit any Citibank branch in Russia.
  2. Give a CitiPhone banker the following information:
    • Telephone number and apartment number, for MGTS bill payments;
    • Payer's code, and whether you wish to pay an insurance premium, for ZHKU-Moscow bill payments;
    • Book number, subscriber number and control key, for Mosenergosbyt bill payments.
  3. You have now set up your One Bill standing instruction.

  2. Can I set up a One Bill standing instruction to pay the bills of other household utility providers, such as ZHSK,TSZH, etc.?
    One Bill only allows to pay ZHKU-Moscow bills.
  3. Can I make payments out of my account if I am not the apartment owner?
    Yes, you can. You need not own the apartment to make bill payments. You can also set up a One Bill standing instruction to pay bills for your parents or friends.

    To do this, you need to know the following:
    • Telephone number and apartment number, for MGTS bill payments;
    • Payer's code, and whether the payer wishes to pay an insurance premium, for ZHKU-Moscow bill payments;
    • Book number, subscriber number and control key, for Mosenergosbyt bill payments
  4. How can I cancel or update my One Bill standing instruction if I've moved to another address?
    To cancel or update your One Bill standing instruction, you need to call 24-hour CitiPhone Banking or visit any Citibank branch in Russia.
  5. How can I keep track of my payments
    All automatic charges towards your ZHKU-Moscow, MGTS or Mosenergosbyt bills will appear on your regular card statements. In the case of payments to ZHKU-Moscow and MGTS, we will advise you of the payment and its amount by a free text message two days in advance.
    If you are subscribed to Citibank Alerting Service, you will receive an alert about payment to ZHKU-Moscow, MGTS or Mosenergosbyt on the payment day. This information is also available in Citibank Online and Citi Mobile, where you can view your account activity by choosing "Account Info" and clicking on the respective card or account. You can also subscribe to our Citibank Alerting Service and receive text or email alerts about your account activity in real time.
  6. What if there is no sufficient funds in my account on the payment date?
    In this case, you arrears will be carried forward to the next month and included in your next payment. However, this decision rests with ZHKU-Moscow, MGTS or Mosenergosbyt.
  7. How can I check that the charges are correct?
    You can check the correctness of payment amounts by contacting your service provider.
