Following adjustments made to the Citi Select program, Select Points will no longer be awarded to Citigold and Citigold Private Client debit cardholders with effect from September 15, 2016. The redemption of existing Select Points for partner points or cashback rewards will be available until December 1, 2016. CitiOne and Citibank Banking Tariffs will be changed with effect from May 23, 2016

Dear Customers,

Our Tariffs for CitiOne and Citibank bank service packages will be changed with effect from May 23, 2016. The new version of the Tariffs is available here.

The main change is that over-the-counter deposits below RUB 45,000 will now be subject to a fee. Over-the-counter deposits equal to or greater than RUB 45,000, and foreign currency deposits regardless of the amount, will remain fee-free.

We hope that by doing so we will be able to take some load off the tellers and prevent queuing.

Over-the-counter RUB deposits into Citibank current and savings accounts:

If the average monthly relationship balance* for the previous calendar month is below RUB 400,000 or equivalent in other currencies:

  • Less than RUB 45,000 — RUB 250 per transaction;

  • RUB 45,000 or more — FREE.

If the average monthly relationship balance* for the previous calendar month is equal to, or exceeds, RUB 400,000 or equivalent in other currencies — FREE.

* The average monthly relationship balance is calculated in accordance with the Consumer Banking Terms and Conditions as the sum of daily credit balances (as at the beginning of day) in all of the Customer’s Citibank accounts in any given month divided by the number of calendar days in the respective month.

If you wish to deposit less than RUB 45,000 without incurring a fee, you can:

  • Use Citibank cash deposit machines. CDMs are available at every Citibank branch and marked with a special green sticker. For locations of all our cash machines and branches, please click here.

  • Use Elecsnet cash-in terminals. All you need to know is the destination card or account number. Deposits are instantaneous. For locations of Elecsnet cash-in terminals, please refer tohttp://www.elecsnet.ru/terminals/addresses/.

  • Make a deposit by transfer from another bank. Your bank account details are available in Citibank Online under “Accounts” —“Account/Card Details”. You can send these details to your email address if you wish so.

  • Make a deposit by postal order at a Post of Russia office.

    • You need to know your destination account number. Payments by postal order may take five business days to reach the destination account.

      Citibank Alerting Service fee for credit card holders

      Dear Customers,

      Our newsletter of April 4, 2016, concerning changes in Citibank Alerting Service for credit and debit card holders stated that Citibank Alerting Service is subject to a monthly fee of RUB 89 payable on each primary credit and debit card. Please note that the current fee for credit card holders is set at RUB 65 per month as provided in the Credit Card Tariffs. On May 23, 2016, the Credit Card Tariffs will change, and the Citibank Alerting Service fee will become RUB 89 per month.

      We will notify you of the new Credit Card Tariffs separately.

      We will not be supporting Citibank® for iPad after May 21, 2016. Users will no longer be able to open the app, and it will be removed from the App Store.
