Changes to CitiOne Bank Service Package Tariffs

Dear Customers,

Please note that our new CitiOne® and Citibank Bank Service Package Tariffs will take effect on July 1, 2018.

Main changes:

— If you are served under CitiOne Plus/Professional, Citi Priority/Expert or Guru tariffs, and you do not comply the tariff terms, you will be charged for transfers, cash withdrawals in external ATMs, Citibank Alerting Service and other services.

— We have also changed the terms of sending transfers via CitiPhone® operators, Citibank® Online** and Citi Mobile® App.

Changes to the Citibank Credit Card Tariffs

May 4, 2018

Dear Customers!

Please note that the following changes will be made to our Credit Card Tariffs with effect from July 1, 2018:

Cash advances at Citibank and non-Citibank ATMs (for all card types, except Simplicity):

  • 4.9% (min. RUB 490)*

*The tariff for the Customers who entered into the credit card agreement before July 1, 2014, or between July 1, 2014, and December 31, 2014, (also applies in the event of card type change).

Transfer of funds from the Account to a third party account or to your account with Citibank or another Russian bank:

  • via Citibank branch — 4.9% of the transfer amount (min. RUB 490)

  • via CitiPhone banker — 4.9% of the transfer amount (min. RUB 490)

  • via Citibank Online — 4.9% of the transfer amount (min. RUB 490)

Late fee (for all card types, except Simplicity):

  • RUB 1,000*

*The tariff for the Customers who entered into the credit card agreement before July 1, 2014, (also applies in the event of card type change).

Dear Customers,

Please note that our CitiOne Citi Priority / Expert and Guru Tariffs will change with effect from April 1, 2018.

Changes concern the type of bank card, access to airport lounges, and insurance. We have also made new additions to the list of available privileges.

  • A new Citi Priority World Mastercard® Black Edition premium debit card will be available to all Citi Priority Expert and Guru customers, and will be issued by default to those who apply for the bank service package on or after April 1, 2018. All those who became Citi Priority Expert or Guru customers before April 1, 2018, will be able to have their existing cards replaced with Citi Priority World Mastercard® Black Edition cards via Citibank branch or CitiPhone®.
  • As of April 1, 2018, all Citi Priority World Mastercard® Black Edition cardholders will have the benefit of LoungeKey access to airport lounges. Customers who choose not to replace their existing cards with Citi Priority World Mastercard® Black Edition cards will continue to enjoy Priority Pass™ membership. LoungeKey will only be available to Citi Priority World Mastercard® Black Edition cardholders.
  • As of April 1, 2018, you will have two free lounge visits in the current month if you met at least one of the applicable tariff conditions in the previous month. If you met the Average Monthly Relationship Balance requirement in the previous month, you will have four free lounge visits in the current month, as before.
  • As of April 1, 2018, you will have the benefit of a new service — free access to WI-Fi hotspots throughout the world.
  • As of April 1, 2018, Concierge will be available subject to meeting at least one of the applicable tariff conditions in the previous month.
  • Allianz’s insurance offer will change as of April 1, 2018. All those who apply for CitiOne Citi Priority Expert or Guru on or after April 1, 2018, will only be insured under Allianz’s new program subject to meeting the applicable tariff conditions. All those who became Citi Priority Expert or Guru customers before April 1, 2018, will continue to have the benefit of the existing insurance program until its expiry date, after which the insurance will be automatically renewed and replaced with the new one subject to meeting the applicable tariff conditions.

Changes to the Credit Card Terms and Conditions for Consumers

Dear Customers,

Please note that paragraphs 2.5, 6.19 and 17.2 of our Credit Card Terms and Conditions for Consumers will change with effect from April 3, 2018.

In particular, paragraph 2.5 will specify that the Customer shall, on a monthly basis, repay to Citibank a Minimum Payment Amount by 10 p.m. Moscow time on the payment due date specified in the Credit Card Statement (the «Payment Date»).

The new version of the Credit Card Terms and Conditions for Consumers will be published in the «Tariffs and Conditions» section of our website on April 3, 2018.
