Citi Mobile Payments & Transfers — Rebooted!

Dear Customers,

Hurrah! We’ve taken the Citi Mobile Payments & Transfers service a step further and added the functions you’ve been waiting for!

What’s new?

You can now make transfers and payments even though your payee has not been previously added.

You no longer need to add your new payee in Citibank Online to make a Citi Mobile transfer. Everything you need is already in the app. Select "Local transfers" or the bill payment you want to make, and start entering the requisite payment details right away.

Or set up templates for your frequent transfers.

If you intend to make a repeat payment at a later date, just save your payment as a template. We will store the details, purpose and amount of payment, and the account to be debited. You can also manage (edit or delete) your templates from the app.

Your current payees have already been added to your templates.

Please note that after the app has been updated, you will be unable to set up standing orders and future-dated payments.

We should have come up with a creative ending urging you to use the Citi Mobile app, but we simply don’t have the time for that being too busy taking the app yet another step further. This means that we will soon have new mobile features to offer you. 😊

Please note that, for enhanced security of your personal data, the password requirements for email-delivered statements will change with effect from November 18, 2017. In view of the above, we have to switch you over to SMS and email notifications of statement availability for viewing in Citibank Online®.

We would like to remind you that you can view your statement for any period as far back as seven years in Citibank Online under «Products & Services» -> «View Statement». This service is free of charge.

If, at a later date, you choose to receive your statements in email, you will be able to reset your password in Citibank Online in accordance with the new security requirements.

— How do I do it?
Sign on to Citibank Online, go to «Products & Services» -> «Enroll/Change/Cancel Statement», select «Email Statement Delivery» and set up your new password.

— What are the new password requirements?
All the requirements will be posted on the new password set-up page.

— What will happen if I don’t reset my password?
In this case, you will be able to view your statements in Citibank Online and will get email and SMS notifications of statement availability.

Check and pay traffic fines, taxes and penalties using Citibank Online

We cannot wait to share with you the new capabilities that Citibank Online has to offer to simplify your life and save time. You can now check and pay traffic fines, taxes and penalties without having to log out. This is how it works. 😊

Check and Pay Traffic Fines

You already have a photo-radar ticket in the mail.

This means that you already have a unique reference number (UIN) and can pay the fine online. To do this, go to “Payments & Transfers” → “Traffic Fines and Taxes” → “Check and Pay Traffic Fines” → “Pay Using Bill Index (UIN)”.

You know that you have committed a traffic violation but are unsure of whether you have been caught by a roadside camera.

Check if you have unpaid fines. To do this, go to «Payments & Transfers» → «Traffic Fines and Taxes» → «Check and Pay Traffic Fines» → «Check Fines». You can search by your driver’s license number or vehicle registration certificate number. We recommend that you search by both these numbers, as fines can be linked to either of them.

Check and Pay Taxes and Penalties

You already have a tax demand notice in the mail and know the unique reference number (UIN).

To pay your taxes, go to «Payments & Transfers» → «Traffic Fines and Taxes» → «Check and Pay Taxes and Penalties (Federal Tax Service)» → «Pay Using Bill Index (UIN)».

You want to enjoy a peaceful sleep knowing that you have no outstanding tax liability.😊

Go to «Check and Pay Taxes and Penalties (Federal Tax Service)» → «Check Taxes». You can search by your passport number or INN number. We recommend that you search by both these numbers, as taxes can be linked to either of them.

We wish our new online service would bring you nothing but good news, confirming, time and again, that you owe nothing in the way of traffic fines or taxes. But if any traffic fines or overdue taxes or penalties are outstanding, you will be able to pay those in just a few clicks, and then print out your payment confirmation documents (payment orders) or save them as a PDF file on your computer.

Below is a detailed guide on what to do if you see an error page when accessing the Citibank® Online sign-on page.


Windows:

Open your browser and press Ctrl + Shift + Del.

Google Chrome: Check all the boxes, select “from the beginning of time” and click “Clear Browsing Data”.

Mozilla Firefox: Check all the boxes, select “All” and click “Delete Now”.

Internet Explorer: Check the boxes “Temporary Internet Files”, “Cookies” and “History”, then click “Delete”.


Apple MacOS X (Safari):

Open your browser and press the key combination ⌥ + ⌘ + E.


Go to the Citibank® Online sign-on page once again.

Please note that our new CitiOne and Citibank Bank Service Package Tariffs will take effect on August 28, 2017. Changes concern our Guru tariff plan for payroll customers whose salary payments are deposited into their Citibank accounts other than under the Agreement on the Transfer by the Company of Salaries, Fees, Compensations and Allowances to Employee Accounts or a similar agreement with Citibank.

For those who become CitiOne customers on or after August 28, 2017, a new version of the Tariffs will apply, which will include the tariff plans CitiOne/Specialist, CitiOne Plus/Professional, Citi Priority/Expert, and Guru. Those who become our customers on or before August 27, 2017, will be able to switch to the new tariff plans by calling CitiPhone or applying at a Citibank branch.

Payroll customers who became CitiOne account holders on or after October 1, 2015, will have the benefit of a new free travel insurance program offered by JSC IC Allianz. As before, the free insurance will be available to the customers whose monthly salary payments into Citibank accounts are equal to, or exceed, RUB 400,000.
