Citibank Online — Banking over the Internet

You will log on to Citibank Online directly from our website at www.citibank.ru and require no additional software to be installed. Citibank Online is very easy to use. You will need to register by creating a User ID and Password, which will only take you a couple of minutes.

Citi Mobile Mobile phone banking

Citi Mobile is a mobile version of Citibank Online specifically designed for managing your accounts from your mobile phone. To use Citi Mobile, you need to do the following:

  • Open a web browser on your mobile phone.
  • Type in mobile.citibank.ru in the address bar.
  • Enter the same User ID and Password as used to sign on to Citibank Online.
