Meeting (you need to bring your passport and a proof of income) → You tell us where to deliver your card. We would recommend delivery by courier. (You can also choose your delivery preference when completing the card application form on our website.)
Any of the delivery methods is free and safe: the card will be delivered inactive for security reasons. To activate the card, you will need to enter your personal data on our website or mobile app.
Once your card application has been approved, you will receive a text message from Citibank saying that you will soon be contacted to arrange delivery.
Wait for the call and agree a convenient delivery date, time and address. Please note that you can only choose one address from those you provided on the credit card application form. The courier will be unable to change his route on the delivery date, so choose the address most convenient to you.
The courier will call you one hour before delivery to make sure that you are waiting for him. Be sure to have your passport with you.
* In Moscow, card delivery is only made to the Ostozhenka Branch.
In St. Petersburg, card delivery is only made to the Bolshoi Prospect Branch.
When a card is sent by Russian Post, delivery times depend on the destination. Credit cards are delivered by registered mail; you can track your delivery on the Russian Post’s website www.pochta.ru using your tracking number. You can find out the tracking number by calling CitiPhone.
We recommend delivery by courier, which is more convenient:
You will be getting text messages at all the stages of delivery.
You will be able to track your card on the courier’s website www.cse.ru using the tracking number texted to you.
If you miss any of the calls, the courier’s operators will be calling you for five business days.
If you wish to inform us that you will be unable to receive your card on the appointed date or if you wish to change your delivery address**, call CitiPhone on a weekday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Moscow time on:
8 (495) 775-75-75 in Moscow;
8 (812) 336-75-75 in St. Petersburg; or
