Job profile:
  • To ensure that all customer queries and problems get resolved in the minimum possible time frame (to do online resolution, to log the query in the internal systems);
  • To ensure that all customer problem resolution indices are reported and highlighted;
  • To ensure that he / she is updated on all latest products, policy information;
  • To ensure that he / she uses the ISOK (system of knowledge) on an ongoing basis;
  • To convert opportunities of sales to enhance and strengthen customer relations;
  • To create interest in a product or service and complete a sale or agreement to see a sales representative;
  • To achieve sales targets set on monthly basis;
  • To ensure that customer info such as address and telephone numbers are up to date;
  • To meet customer expectations in a very highly service oriented competitive environment;
  • To analyze statistics of calls received/targets achieved and evaluate for improvement with the team leader;

Successful candidate's profile:
  • Advanced computer user (MS Office);
  • Good sales skills;

  • Intermediate english.
